What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow at least 3-7 business after your order has been placed for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-12 Business Days after your order has been shipped.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business days, please email us.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

While we have a no return policy, we do want to hear from you to see if there is something we can do to try to make the best of your experience.  Especially if for some reason you believe the product you received is defective or damaged. While we do inspect each item before it ships, we are human and sometimes we may miss something, albeit extremely rare.  

 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent then there is nothing that we will be able to do at that point and you won't be entitled to a refund.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
In order to avoid this please check your settings in PayPal to make sure that the address you want your package shipped is correct.  We do not make changes to addresses as this makes the tracking information invalid and also for your protection as the customer.  No EXCUSES OR EXCEPTIONS!

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location.  The average shipping time is 5-12 business days.

Absolutely! Please send us an email and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.  We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks for shopping with us.
